Hi there, my name is Diego Elias, as a professional musician and sound engineer, I truly value the sound of a well maintained and tuned piano, so I don't mind putting extra time to finish a job correctly.
Thanks to my many years of experience and my trained ears, I can quickly identify when something is not right on a piano and how to fix it.

If your piano has not been tuned in 6 months or more, most likely it will need two visits, one for pitch raise, and a second visit for fine tuning.

Besides tuning, I check on the pedals, hammers, dumpers, etc. I also check each key and make sure they are working correctly.

If I find a problem that doesn't require new parts or major disassembly, I'll take care of it on the spot, at no extra charge.

Sometimes, a few days after fine tuning, one or more keys might get slightly out of tune. As a musician, I know how frustrating that can be, so I don't mind making an extra visit just to tune that one or two keys that got out of tune, at NO EXTRA CHARGE.
Regardless of your skill level, playing on an out-of-tune piano, besides being unpleasant, is harmful to a musician, as it distorts your perception of tonality. So if you say “it's OK, my child is just a beginner pianist”, I'd truly advise you to get your piano tuned before it causes damage that could be very difficult to correct.
